I'm looking to find a buddy or two to hunt both locally here in VA (or surrounding) but also someone/ a group who is up for more challenging trips or expeditions - a weeks trip unsupported in Alaska (or other) with lots of pain for example anyone?
I'm a fairly experienced outdoor person - done a lot of climbing, kayaking and expeditions in the USA and further afield. love adventure, getting out seeing stuff and enjoying the outdoors. know what it takes mentally and physically to be a good expedition member and team player
I shoot weekly (often out to 1000 yards) and looking to take part in PRS comps - can always learn but fairly experienced on marksmanship principles...always happy to pass on any knowledge I can.
Originally from the UK, professional normal guy no insane views on things, generally im 'in the middle' on most things and value other peoples opinions and views even if I may not agree with them.

I've been wanting to get back into hunting but haven't figured out the best way. I was hoping I could find someone who was willing to take on an apprentice and get me up and started.
